1. The tensile test is to test the metal’s tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and reduction of cross sectional area in order to assess the strength and plasticity of welding seam or welded joint.
2. The bend tests include horizontal bend test, axial bend test, face bend test, root bend test and side bend test which are mainly used to test the plasticity of welded joint.
3. The impact test is used to test the toughness and notch sensibility of weld metal and welded joint.
4. The hardness test can be used to test the Rockwell hardness, Brinell hardness and Vickers-hardness of welded joint, as well as test the hardening tendency of welded joint. It can also be used to indirectly test the embrittlement degree of welded joint.
5. The fatigue test is used to test the fatigue strength of weld metal and welded joint as well as the fatigue crack growth rate of welded joint.

UOE (Uing and Oing forming) Pipes

UOE mill adopts Uing and Oing forming, the formed pipes are welded inside by five internal welding stations with three wires for each weld,and welded outside by four external welding stations with three wires for each weld.
